Transforming the BPO industry from the inside out. Y-CON BPS was born out of lived experience. We are former BPO workers who know firsthand the pressure of long shifts, rigid schedules, and tasks that often lacked meaning—both for the agents and the clients. Many of us had to put our university studies on hold to meet the demands of jobs that didn’t value our potential or our education. We asked ourselves: What if business support could be smarter, more human, and more aligned with purpose? That question gave birth to a new model.
At Y-CON BPS, we build remote support teams made up of university students from Latin America—bilingual, skilled, and highly motivated to apply what they’re learning directly to real-world business operations. These aren’t just assistants—they’re future professionals already. We don’t just offer outsourcing—we offer vision, vocation, and value. Y-CON BPS is not just another BPO.
